Aiko Wu is a writer whose work explores identity, culture, and the realities of discrimination. As a Chinese-Korean woman navigating life in Australia, she brings a deeply personal and thought-provoking perspective to her storytelling. Her writing delves into the complexities of cultural heritage, societal expectations, and the impact of prejudice, offering a voice to experiences often overlooked or misunderstood.

At 26, Aiko lives in Sydney with her cat, Lily. Alongside her writing, she works as a sex worker, a role that further informs her insights into stigma, agency, and resilience. Her lived experience provides the foundation for her work, which aims to challenge stereotypes, foster understanding, and advocate for greater inclusivity.

Through her storytelling, Aiko creates space for conversations about race, gender, and empowerment. Her work is both intimate and universal, inviting readers to reflect on their own biases and the world around them.
